Most Atlantic Canadian businesses are invisible to ChatGPT.
We can show you yours.

A 90-minute live workshop on how AI tools decide which businesses to recommend — and what to do when yours isn't one of them.

ChatGPT recommends  1.2%  of local businesses. SOCi 2026 Local Visibility Index.

Your buyers stopped Googling.

They're asking ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews to recommend who to hire. The AI gives them two or three names. If yours isn't one of them, you're not in the conversation.

What's included

  • Live workshop with Matt or Andrew
  • 25-page digital workbook with self-assessment
  • Recording (sent within 48 hours)
  • Optional 7-day audit discount ($1,250 normally $1,500)

This is not another webinar where you watch slides.

Halfway through the session, you'll open ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews on your phone or laptop. We'll give you three specific prompts to run on your own business, and you'll see — live, in real time — exactly where you stand. The findings are usually uncomfortable. They're also the most useful diagnostic you'll get all year.

"I had no idea ChatGPT was recommending three of my competitors by name and not even mentioning us. Now I know exactly why and what to fix."

Is this for you?

This workshop is built for:

  • Owners and senior leaders at Atlantic Canadian businesses ($2M-$50M revenue)
  • Service businesses, product businesses, and exporters
  • B2B and B2C
  • Anyone whose customers research suppliers before contacting them
  • Marketing leads inside mid-market companies who report to non-marketing executives

This isn't the right fit if:

  • You're a digital marketing agency yourself (the content will be too foundational)
  • You run a hyperlocal retail business with no online discovery surface
  • You're looking for tactical SEO advice — this is strategic AI search positioning, not technical SEO

Save your seat.

What you'll be able to say afterward.

We're new to running this workshop publicly. Our first three sessions fill our testimonial wall. If you're in the first cohort and want to share what you found useful, we'd be grateful. (And we'll throw in a copy of our private Atlantic Canada AI Search Visibility Report when it publishes.)

After the workshop, if you want to go deeper.

Most workshop attendees take the framework and run with it. Some want a comprehensive picture of where they stand and a prioritized 90-day plan. For them, we offer a paid AI Search Visibility Audit.

Workshop attendees: $1,250(normally $1,500)
Bookable for 7 days after the workshop you attend.

Questions we hear most.

Live. The recording is sent to you within 48 hours, and you can watch it as many times as you want. You'll get the most value from attending live because of the interactive audit exercise, but plenty of attendees join late, leave early, or watch the recording afterward.
We'll move you to the next session at no charge. Just email us 24 hours before. After the workshop happens, you keep your spot for the recording either way.
Owners and senior marketing leads at Atlantic Canadian businesses, roughly $2M to $50M in revenue. Service businesses, product businesses, exporters. If you're a marketing agency, the content will be too foundational — we have a different conversation for you.
Yes — the workshop teaches the framework. About a third of attendees implement themselves. Another third hire someone (could be us, could be anyone) to handle it. The remaining third use the framework to evaluate the work their existing marketing team or vendor is or isn't doing.
There's overlap, but the signal weights are very different. About 50-60% of what AI search rewards is captured by good SEO. The other 40-50% is genuinely new work — third-party validation, structured content for AI consumption, and platform-specific tactics that don't exist in traditional SEO.
A paid registration filters for people who actually intend to show up. Free webinars in this space have 70%+ no-show rates. We'd rather have 60 people who paid than 200 who didn't. The price also signals that this is a working session, not a sales pitch dressed as content.
At the end, yes — we'll tell you about the audit. The previous 80 minutes are the actual content. If you want to skip the audit conversation, you can leave at minute 80 and miss nothing material.
You get the recording. We don't publish it publicly. We may use clips on LinkedIn, but we'll never name an attendee or use audio of an attendee question without explicit permission.

Where does your business actually stand in the answer?
